The Vegas Massage Chair remote has buttons called "shoulder up" and "shoulder down". They control the up and down movement of the "hands" in manual mode and sets the limit of how high up the back/neck the "hands" go in auto mode. These buttons are horribly named. But now that you know what they do, it isnt much of an issue.
